Kansas American Legion Posts, Districts, and County Councils are required to forward their Constitution and Bylaws to Department Headquarters within 10 days of the effective date.  Contact Department Headquarters at (785) 232-9315 for copies of Constitution and Bylaws we have on file.  Organizations without Constitution and Bylaws on file at Department Headquarters are governed by the Suggested Constitution and Bylaws.
